Information about returns, refunds and package handling for Shipinville shipping services.
Legal
We do not offer returns, we offer refunds for items that were damaged during shipment. Ensure items are checked thoroughly before leaving your pick-up store as Shipinville will not be obligated to refund damaged items once you have departed.
Refunds will only be given on pre-alerted items ONLY, which have been pre-alerted prior to us receiving your package.
All refunds will take seven (7) working days to be approved and processed.
